How It Works:

Renting with RLK Realty

We keep the process simple, so you can focus on settling into your new home.

1. Application & Screening

Submit your rental application, along with:

> 2 months of recent pay stubs (for income verification)
> A valid photo ID (for identity verification)


We'll run a credit and background check as part of the tenant screening.

2. Lease Agreement

Once approved, we’ll provide a clear lease agreement for you to review and sign. We’re happy to answer any questions before you sign.

3. Renter’s Insurance

You'll need to provide proof of renter’s insurance before move-in. This helps protect your belongings and gives you added peace of mind.

4. Utilities Setup

Before your move-in date, you’ll transfer all utility accounts (electric, gas, water, etc.) into your name. We’ll guide you through this if you need assistance.
